I set up BoldMove Consulting, a PR & Communications headhunting business so that I could spend valuable time with my young daughter having realised how much I had missed of her first few years by having to work a full 5 day week from an office. My team is made up of people who only want to work 3 days a week remotely and that works extremely well for everyone.
Our model is born from our commitment to bettering the PR & communications industry; from the work, to the diversity of talent and sometimes that means not losing the best talent because they don’t want to or can't work a 5 day week. Sadly, for quite a significant number of my candidates, many who have returned to work after having children, 2to3days is not an available option and I would like to see that change. This is why I’m passionate about being a a 2to3days champion, as I believe together we can help to open up excellent and relevant opportunities for everyone.
