"I moved out of London to Cambridgeshire in 2018 after 20 years working as a real estate associate, partner then consultant. This was an opportunity to reset the balance between my home and work life and it became clear that any role or roles needed to be part time, flexible and be able to develop as my then 5 year old son got older. I’d worked part time for almost 10 years in private practice, studying with the Open University and doing voluntary work and then post maternity leave, looking after my son during non-working time, so I knew I could manage my time efficiently with processes I’d developed over time and that worked for me.
"I’d signed up to receive 2to3days job alerts and I saw an advert for a flexible/part time role within a new retail team at Dentons, based only 45 minutes from home. I had 20 years’ experience in single client retail asset management and I didn’t hesitate to apply.
