EY Reconnect is our programme for career returners, providing a bridge for professionals to re-enter the workplace after an extended career break.
What is EY Reconnect?
EY Reconnect is a 12-week programme which offers a supported route back into work following a career break of between two and 10 years. You’ll benefit from specialised inductions and coaching as part of a peer group of fellow returners. It’s an opportunity for you to reconnect with your career, your previous experience and expertise within business. You’ll join client teams in one of our business areas:
What background and past experience is needed for EY Reconnect?
You’ll have worked at manager level or above, with a background in professional services, consultancy, financial services, technology or a related industry.
