Our 16-week Returners Programme helps you overcome the challenges of returning to work. Beginning in October, the programme is designed to support you through every step of your re-entry, pairing you with a buddy and mentor who can guide you along the way.
You’ll be given meaningful work from day one and it’s a fantastic opportunity to continue growing your career with one of the UK’s largest digital banks. We know that your time is valuable, so we offer agile, part-time and flexible working options to suit your busy schedule.
While previous professional services experience is a nice-to-have, it’s not necessary for the programme. Our supportive, diverse and inclusive workforce means you’ll be valued and encouraged to bring your unique, transferrable skills to our business.
Ultimately, our goal is to offer you a permanent position once you’ve completed the programme. In the five years since our award-winning programme was launched, we’ve hired over 70 talented professionals into leadership roles.
