We understand that returning to work after a long break can be daunting – Afterall, it’s difficult starting a new job, juggling the school run, and getting back into a work routine. So that’s why we’ve created our ‘Returner Programme’ – an individually tailored scheme where we provide support, and training opportunities to the fab people returning to the world of work. We’re also open to having conversations about agile or flexible working.
How it works
Unlike most corporate returner schemes, this is a casual, individually tailored programme. This means that we aren’t hiring in bulk, and we offer only what you feel will help with your transition back into work. For example, some returners may find mentoring and flexible working beneficial, while others may benefit from training modules. We’re open to having an honest, confidential conversation to find out how we can help you.

To be eligible for our Returner Programme you must:
• Have spent at least 2 years out of work.
• Meet the qualification criteria for the role you’re applying to.
• Be enthusiastic!
