Applications for the Returnships programme are now closed.

Santander’s returnships programme is all about recognising the valuable skills and abilities you’ve developed in your working life so far. If you’re a professional and you’re looking to return from a career break of more than one year, this programme is for you.

What are they offering?

It is a flexible 20-week scheme, during which you will have all the help you need to ease back into your career. That will include on-the-job technical training along with coaching to develop your soft skills.

What's more, you will have a dedicated mentor on hand, ready to guide you and answer any questions you might have as you continue on your career journey. If you have been on a career break for one year or more and are now ready to put the skills you have developed to good use, we will support you in making this happen.

If you are one of the successful new starters, your first day with us will be Monday 25thFebruary 2019 in our Triton Square office in London. Your first week with us will be focused on getting to know Santander and our business. You will be introduced to your buddy and line manager, and welcomed into the 20-week programme by the Diversity & Inclusion and Talent teams.

  • As a Business Analyst, you will work collaboratively with business stakeholders to ensure delivery of key management and performance information to support day-to-day service delivery.
  • Our VP for Coverage Areas role sits within Santander Global Corporate Bank, where you will ensure that all regulatory and governance requirements are met, and desk processes and procedures are followed, including the maintenance of client management information.
