What is life really like on the ExCo? What new skills are required to step into a leadership role? And what are the common capability gaps which many C-suite executives experience and need to remedy?
Criticaleye works with leaders and senior executives across a variety of different sectors and business types, offering them an opportunity to look outside the day-to-day, share experiences and enhance leadership skills. Our research across the C-suite shows that senior executives recognise the danger of being overly focused on what’s going on inside the business, whilst ignoring opportunities and disruptive forces in the market.
This masterclass will explore the key roles on the ExCo of CEO, CFO and HRD, and offer guidance on the challenges and development requirements of each executive. We’ll present leadership personas to inform participants on the traits and qualities they need, and cover the common gaps which limit leadership capability. The masterclass will offer practical advice on development opportunities which should be prioritised.
Who is this for?
Anyone with the ambition to move into a leadership role, or those in senior roles who are keen to explore common challenges and approaches to development.
Established in 2003, Criticaleye is the global peer to peer Board Community for CEOs, C-suite executives and global leadership teams. Comprising primarily of CEOs, Chairpersons, Non-executive Directors, Managing Directors and Divisional Managing Directors, Criticaleye inspires leaders to succeed by providing a personalised and highly bespoke executive development framework so leaders can address the core challenges of leadership, strategy and stakeholder management.
