An Exclusive opportunity
As any business owner will attest, building your business is hard work at the best of times. Throw COVID-19 into the mix and overnight it has become incredibly tough.
We are inviting 10 business owners of £1M+ turnover companies to join arguably two of the UK’s leading business coaches, Andy Hurst and Fergus King, for an exclusive and highly interactive coaching session.
Focusing on the asset value in your business as the driver of business growth, they will work with you to identify and leverage the assets in your business – giving you clarity in your strategy, alignment amongst the senior team and the structure to move forward and emerge stronger.
These free sessions will run throughout the corona lockdown for a maximum of 10 business owners each time.

More specifically they coach business owners and their teams to design and implement the various projects required to help business owners achieve what they really want. Typically, that is a more profitable, more valuable and more enjoyable business.
One of the leading business coaches in the UK, an investor and sought after speaker, Fergus has coached over 250 owner managed businesses across the UK over the last 16 years – including through the great financial crash of 2008-12. Prior to joining Shirlaws in 2003 Fergus set up, grew and exited his own business, and prior to that spent 12 years with PwC in management consultancy, business process outsourcing, corporate finance and accounting services. Fergus is married and lives in Edinburgh with his wife and daughter.
