Account Director / Relationship Manager

With over 70,000 members from 20+ countries and trusted by 700+ companies, we are now the leading connector of startups, agencies and boutiques with recent graduates (0-5 years experience) in the UK. We are a fast growing company and have become the Number 1 job hunting platform for recent graduates, cutting out the pain and hassle of recruitment and job searching. Having doubled in size over the past 12 months, we now boast a team of 17 across 2 offices worldwide. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our motivated team to manage relationships with our 700+ clients. The role will allow for a lot of flexibility beginning at approx. 10 hours per week and the work will be conducted from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Building deep and long-lasting relationships with our existing clients principally via phone calls and email correspondence

  • Arranging and taking phone calls to current clients to discuss their needs and how TalentPool functions and can help

  • Informing clients of updates and new initiatives within the company, such as subscription services

  • Up-selling new services and packages to existing clients

  • Working directly with TalentPool's commercial and campaign management teams to meet client needs

  • Smooth handover of new opportunities identified to operational team

  • Attending monthly meetings at TalentPool London Office to confirm plans and strategy

Requirements:

  • Has experience working with clients and managing client relationships

  • Able to operate 'on a level' with senior clients (our point of contact will range from junior team lead to CEO)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Confident and personable, particularly over the phone

  • Can multi-task and manage their time effectively

  • Credible experience in a mid to senior position in any sector

Remuneration:

  • £20-25 per hour, experience dependent
