As well as a comprehensive range of accounting and tax services you could be involved in advising on property matters; mergers and acquisitions; sales of businesses; together with all types of on-going commercial and business contracts.
Assisting a portfolio of clients, providing services that you may provide include:
- Accounts preparation for Limited Companies
- Accounts preparation for Partnerships
- Accounts preparation for OMB's
- VAT, Tax returns
- Company secretarial work and bookkeeping
- Assisting on audits
- Ad hoc project work to support Managers and Partners as detailed above
It is essential that you can communicate effectively with your clients, managers and broader team and whilst knowledge of accounting systems is desirable full training will be given.
