We are seekingan AAT qualified (minimum) Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our office-based finance department on a Part Time basis.

Role responsibilities – Accountant / Bookkeeper:
You will be operating Sage 50 accounting software to import sales invoices via CSV to Sage, sending monthly customer statements, updating debtor reports and chasing debts. Experience in customer on-boarding and understanding credit reports is preferred.
In addition to the credit control function you will prepare and monitor cashflow & cashflow forecasting, submit quarterly VAT returns and monthly ONS information. You will be required to produce monthly management accounts, reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, posting journals and assisting with yearly budgeting and variance analysis.
When required you will manage and maintain HR admin including new starters, attendance records and cover weekly payroll (Payroll Manager).
