£24,000 pro rata
An award-winning independent accountancy business with a strong footprint in Wales and Southern England. Their success stems from the fact that they develop positive, long-term relationships with their clients and fully understand the day to day financial requirements and operational challenges in running a business.
Working in their Bristol office in a small team of 7 you will predominantly be responsible the Accounts and Credit Controller for the business itself. Day to day your tasks will include bookkeeping, invoicing, credit control and the accounts preparation work. You must also be a flexible person who would be happy to cover for the Office Manager during leave and get involved in some reception and general admin duties day to day.
They are looking for a someone who is professional, competent, and experienced dealing with business accounts / finances and has a positive can-do attitude. You will have strong multi-tasking skills, be reliable and committed and enjoy working in a small yet growing team. You will also have excellent relationship managements skills due to client contact.
Ideally you will have some accounts qualifications, however, experience is more important along with a minimum of GCSE English, A Level Maths / Business Studies or Economics (or equivalent) is required. Knowledge of Xero, Sage, Digita and CRM system applications is desirable but not essential.

The Salary: £24,000 pro rata
The Hours: Full or Part-time Monday to Friday
