Job Description:

To work with the Client Services Manager to help deliver a seamless client services to our key accounts. Be involved in supporting proactive business development by the Co-source team leads. Work on and deliver RFPs/client orders from initiation to delivery. Liaise with clients and stakeholders and manage/build relationships.

Markets

Support Client Services activities, including

managing resource boards

Carry out initial conversation with candidates to ascertain interest and availability

resource requests, including appropriate candidate selection

candidate onboarding at client, including prior employment screening as required by client

time and expenses for co sourced staff on key accounts

month end key account billing

reconciliation of billing with debtor management (in conjunction with credit control)

letter of engagement or MSA/SoW management

client relations

Clients

Helps to maintain relations with existing clients, building own relationships along the way

Identify and build relationships with potential clients

Act as first point of contact for client support queries

The minimum criteria

2 years in a client services\account management\B2B sales role

Previous project management experience or worked in a client service team

Previous experience in a professional services firm or similar
