Alumni Relations Data Administrator (Part-Time)
Starting salary from £19,202 - £21,414 per annum (pro rata), with further progression opportunities to £23,334 (pro rata)

Our alumni play a pivotal role in delivering our unique academic experience and in realising our vision. We are at an exciting stage in our development and are seeking an Alumni Relations Data Administrator who can support the smooth running of our activities. You will be responsible for overseeing our database of around 80,000 contacts, ensuring that records are kept up-to-date and managed in line with data protection regulations. You will be experienced in a similar CRM role and be proficient at querying relational databases. You will use your expertise to provide regular reports on alumni activities and interests. You will carry out maintenance to ensure the integrity of alumni data and liaise with other university departments to import new data at key points across the year. You will work as part of a small team to provide flexible administrative support and have the opportunity to get involved in the wider activities of the department.

This post is available part-time for 20 hours per week.
