Experienced book keeper wanted for a small London club. Must be be familiar with Xero (cloud based) and have had some experience of EPOS till systems. As well as keeping the accounts of the club, duties will include VAT returns, salaries, HMRC returns, payment of invoices, bank reconciliatons, plus some general financial admin and other support.
The candidate must be flexible and helpful. This is an opportunity to work closely with a new Club Secretary to rationalise and streamline the accounts system of a small but long established historic club.
Hours are flexible. Initially 6 hours per week, possibly some extra hours for the first couple of months and around the annual audit. Office/home split flexible, but some time must be spent in the office each week.
