Bookkeeper Fixed Term Contract - Part Time

A prosperous business based in South Leicester is looking to recruit a Part Time Bookkeeper to cover maternity leave on a 9 month fixed term contract. Reporting directly into the MD you will be responsible for the accounts function and management reporting including fixed assets, management accounts, payroll and transactional accounting.

Applicants must have previous experience of processing payroll including subcontractor payments and have previous experience of working at a similar level.

Responsibilities:

* Sub-contractor payroll
* Profit and loss
* Balance sheet reconciliation
* Accruals and prepayments
* Journals
* Fixed assets
* Processing sales and purchase invoices
* Allocating and processing payments
* Collection of outstanding debt
* Management reporting
* Sage 50
