Bookkeeper - Full or Part-Time

Our client is seeking a very experienced bookkeeper to look after the day to day finances of a busy small to medium sized company.

Your duties will be varied, and will include looking after the sales and purchase ledgers, raising of sales invoices and making regular supplier payments. Banking and bank reconciliation, as well as end of month ledger close down/reports. Petty cash, the preparation and submission of timely quarterly VAT returns, some credit and stock control and the running of the company payroll from start to finish.

Software used is Xero, and whilst previous experience of working on this package is not essential, it will give you an advantage.

The hours can be offered on either a full or a part-time basis, and if part-time, you would need to be available for a minimum of say 24-30 hours per week. School hours can be accommodated for the right person.
