The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Bookkeeper comfortable working with multiple clients to complete the following tasks:
- Processing purchase and sales invoice
- Client bank reconciliations
- Completion of relevant journals
- VAT returns
- Cashflow statements
- General finance administration
- Microsoft skills
The ideal candidate will have proven bookkeeping experience and a willingness to interact with a growing client base. A capable Excel user with working knowledge of Xero or other accounting software such as Quickbooks, FreeAgent or Sage would be advantageous.
Due to the nature of the office, a willingness to work autonomously will be essential however on-going training and support will be provided.
The role is initially offered as a 9 to 12 month fixed term contract for maternity cover, there is flexibility over hours and days worked for this part-time role (minimum 20 hours).
