Bookkeeper / XERO- PART TIME

PART TIME / 3 or 4 days a week / Flexible hours

This is a really fantastic job opportunity for someone with strong experience as a Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper working for a really lovely company!

This role is open to someone coming into their London and working remotely from home full time. Entirely the employee's decision. This is role is working with the Entertainment industry, liaising with Actors and Actresses and Fitness professionals.

Candidates MUST have used XERO

Location: Remote always or London office (Shoreditch) - entirely up to employee

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum + company benefits

Hours: Flexible hours

Job Description

  • Produce revenue reports weekly
  • Preparing management accounts and formatting
  • Producing cash and revenue report on a monthly basis
  • Import bank statements and match balances
  • Reconciling bank transactions
  • Invoice Processing in Xero
  • Manage and extend cash flow
  • Process expenses
  • Process monthly payroll and freelance payments
  • In charge of payment run, VAT return and client refunds
  • Petty Cash Imports
  • Making sure inter-company balances are checked

Personal Skills and Attributes:

  • MUST have experience using XERO
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident on the telephone, not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Good at multitasking and prioritising work load
  • Great team player, positive and "can do" attitude
  • Maturity, able to work from home and be trusted to get the job done
