Lafferty Group is currently recruiting a part-time, mainly-home based Business Development Executive to play a leading role in growing the company’s sales and global client base across the world. The right individual will be comfortable and credible when doing business with senior banking and financial industry executives. Our services include senior management councils, global research databases, quality ratings and international conferences.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with a track record of success and meeting targets, who can close deals with B2B clients worldwide and is eager to progress in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that changes constantly.
The job is intended to be flexible and would suit someone who wishes to work 3 to 4 days a week mainly from home.
- A third-level qualification or equivalent
- Proven business development and sales experience, probably in service industries
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Flexibility in working hours – our clients are global and time zones must be considered
A strong work ethic, the ability to meet deadlines and good project management skills are essential.
Previous experience in banking/financial services or a related sector is desirable.
