What you'll be doing… *Monitoring the activities to fulfil the strategic targets and have a clear understanding of the business strategy*Observe the targets in cooperation with Performance Management*Support the Management team during change processes*Project planning and monitoring - track and pushing of all project tasks*Project review and lessons learnt analysis*Provide the business with specific and customer specific reports and manage them in the reporting dashboards*Support the local Management with KPI/PPI responsibilities and detect anomalies*Cooperate with Local Process Consulting and MO Excellence Project Managers and indicate process adaptions*Provide system and process training to users*Responsible for 1st level process support for SAP, CRM and other systems and escalate to 2nd level if required*Coordination/Communication between business in country and the Global Process Coordinators/Process Managers*Define new requests for any changes/improvements in coordination with Global Process Coordinators*Test and final approval of realized change requests/projects with local impactThis is an ideal role for an individual who is looking to develop their career in a high profile and exciting environment.
