Campaign Analyst (Part-Time)

Campaign Analyst | £15-£18k per annum | Part-time, 22.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday – flexible hours to fit | Start ASAP | We are looking for a Campaign Analyst with a keen eye for detail and an ability to manage a varied workload including campaign management and scheduling and campaign analysis | Knowledge of campaign management or CRM systems, plus excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills | Remote working in the short-term.We are looking to recruit a Campaign Analyst to join the analytics team of a leading data-driven insight, marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) agency. Their clients are diverse, and successful applicants will have the opportunity to work on with a number of well-known UK brands across a variety of sectors including entertainment, retail, travel, leisure and charity.The TeamThe team’s focus is on helping clients build successful marketing strategies, improve their CRM and generate more leads/conversions. This is all driven by the actionable insights from a variety of data sources, including transactional, consumer data and web analytics. You will be helping to create and manage marketing campaigns across platforms for various clients and analysing the results in order to make recommendations on how to improve the response rates.The RoleThe main focus of the role will be on setting up and managing various email marketing campaigns across different platforms. It will also include producing the reports and analysis form the campaigns and coming up with recommendations on how to improve the selections. Some aspects of the role may also include occasional support with other analytical projects, although the key focus will be on campaign selections/running. The role will give the right candidate the opportunity to work with a broad variety of clients (travel, finance, retail, fashion, entertainment).The ideal Campaign Analyst will have some previous knowledge of marketing campaign execution and planning and preferably some analytical skills.It’s a flexible working environment, allowing you to progressively develop your skills across various fields alongside a supportive team who will offer training and guidance while you continue to take increasing ownership of your projects.Day to Day Responsibilities: * Setting up/planning/running various marketing campaigns * Analysing and interpreting marketing campaigns, finding conversion patterns, and drawing conclusions * Running counts * Validating, cleansing, deduplicating, importing, extracting, and manipulating data from a variety of sources * Summarising the results of your analyses and developing reportsYou’ll also get the chance to: * Plan, develop and deploy campaigns by making recommendations for new marketing activities and campaigns based on your analysis * Liaise with clients and senior stakeholders in a consultancy capacity * Develop broader marketing skillsRequired Skills & Qualifications: * Experience of working in a similar Campaign Analyst or Campaign Executive role * Good working knowledge of Excel (preferably including some VBA and experience with pivot tables) * Experience creating interesting dashboards/working with data visualization packages such as Tableau/PowerBI * Some experience/knowledge of marketing platforms such as Faststats and Sendinblue * Experience creating and presenting campaign performance reports * Strong attention to detail * Solutions orientated with natural problem-solving skills * Self-motivated and pro-active, with an ability to multi-task, prioritise, be organised, and plan your work * A team player with a positive attitude * Personable, adaptable, and willing to learnIn return, they offer a competitive salary with workplace pension, a generous holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time roles), the opportunity to work flexibly, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
