We are looking to recruit an energetic and creative Communications Manager to our Redesigning Production programme team to help realise the OU's Production Strategy. Working with a diverse team of highly talented professionals and in partnership with a range of stakeholders you will be responsible for supporting the programme to realise new approaches to the production of OU courses at scale, through the implementation of an effective communication strategy.
As a Communications Manager you will play a key role in supporting the objectives of the newly formed Redesigning Production programme team, helping us to enable enhanced and future-facing approaches to course production. You will work with colleagues across organisational and geographical boundaries to support new ways of working, lead the development and delivery of programme’s communication plan, and by using a variety of insight and evaluation techniques, will help us to assess the impact of change, respond appropriately and ensure benefits realisation.
We are looking for a team player, with excellent relationship management skills and the ability to manage a varied and changeable portfolio of work.
