You will work with colleagues across organisational and geographical boundaries to support new ways of working, lead the development and delivery of programme’s communication plan, and by using a variety of insight and evaluation techniques, will help us to assess the impact of change, respond appropriately and ensure benefits realisation.

We are looking for a team player, with excellent relationship management skills and the ability to manage a varied and changeable portfolio of work.

Skills and experience:

  • Do you have experience of supporting innovative and successful change?

  • Are you passionate about people?

  • Are you creative and forward thinking?

  • Can you deliver to agreed timescales and briefs, working both as part of a team and on your own initiative?

  • If so, we want to hear from you.

What you get in return

Benefits include a supportive and friendly working environment, 33 days holiday per annum pro rata plus Bank Holidays and Christmas closure days and an attractive pension proposition.

On top of a competitive salary and pension scheme, we offer many staff benefits, flexible working, fee waiver for all OU courses and qualifications, childcare vouchers, cycle-to-work scheme and secure bike parking, free on-site car parking, on-site nurseries, and many different sports and leisure clubs offering discounts and other benefits.
