Our client is a rapidly expanding Tech start-up pushing innovative boundaries, seeking a part-time Community Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, working remotely.
As the Community Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for taking the client’s marketing strategy and plan and execute marketing initiatives that answer it.
As such, the role will emphasise building a new developer community for the Automation Cloud and targeting new community members with a programme of influencer and advocacy activity. Activity may also include social and traditional marketing channels and other initiatives to engage the Developer audience.
You will be able to influence the strategy and plan and its direction as time progresses and collectively take the learns about what efforts are successful. You’ll also influence the product, branding and general communications.
The work will be arranged around a pre-launch preparation phase and then ongoing activity. You will help define key metrics and KPIs so the client can make good marketing decisions based on the data.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled Community Marketing Manager experienced in marketing SaaS products, ideally products targeted at Developers. You will hold experience understanding, planning for and building product communities, ideally Developer communities. Also, have a proven track record planning for and engaging with appropriate influencers, in particular on YouTube and Twitter.
