Comp & Benefits Analyst 12 month part time FTC

\nAn international financial services business is looking for a Senior Comp and Benefits Analyst to join them for a 12\u00A0month fixed term contract, on a part time basis 2-3 days per week. \n\nTheir offices are based in the City and they operate a 34 hour working week.\u00A0 This is offered as a part time contract, but with the option to work full time hours over a shorter term if preferred.\u00A0 The business offer a great working culture and team environment. \n\nYou will report into the HR Manager and help across a variety of projects such as: \n\nResearch and scope potential outsourcing of overseas office payroll \nReview insurance benefits \nWrite up processes for payrolls \nGender pay gap report \nEstablishment reporting figures \nAnalysis annual leave\/ sickness reporting \nBenefit and pay analysis of international staff \nMust have: \n\nPrevious Comp & Benefits experience \nExcellent Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills. \nGood report writing \nUK and International experience preferred \nSalary on offer is \u00A350,000 - \u00A360,000 depending on your skills and experience, plus benefits. \n
