Your role

We are looking for practitioners across three grades (Consultant, Senior Consultant and Manager). Within any of these roles you will be part of a management consulting and technology delivery team where you will have responsibilities some of which are covered below.

Working with clients:

  • Advising CIOs and the broader enterprise, to transform their organisations for the digital age

  • Defining a more digital IT operating model and define the roadmap to get there

  • Advising around IT Op model, and Digital Op model

  • Working on engagements

  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

  • Working within Digital environments and understanding the impact of cutting edge emerging technologies

  • Operating within the IT Op model, and Digital Op model

For Manager grade, you should demonstrate:

  • Experience of managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Location: London, Reading or Regional offices, with occasional domestic and international travel.

Suggested work pattern: The role can be worked on a full-time or part-time basis.

Your professional experience

We are looking for candidates who are able to demonstrate skills and experience in some of the following:

  • Experience of Digital environments and understanding the impact of cutting edge emerging technologies and models such as Robotics and AI

  • Experience of developing Technology Vision and Strategy along with Transformation Design and Roadmap, for example Cloud adoption

  • Ability to define and advise around IT Operating Models, and Digital Operating Models 

  • Understanding of strategy from theory through to practice & application

  • Experience of Technology Operations – including Service Delviery, IT Service Management practices, ITIL, continual service improvement, Dev[Sec]Ops and/or product management and delivery

  • Experience in the transformation of technology incorporating people, process and/or technology change

  • Commercial & sourcing awareness

  • Working with Senior Stakeholders

  • Desirable experience of agile methodologies such as SAFe® and Scrum

  • Desirable skill of building Transformation Business Cases
