About the role:

Purpose is looking for a Contract Specialist contractor to a week to lead contract management for Purpose Europe, focused on on employment contracts, agreement of services, vendors services agreement. This role would also provide legal recommendations to the company on contract terms and make necessary amendments to our existing contract templates so that our contract terms are in compliance with local legal requirements. Work 2 full days.

 This role is based in Purpose London office and requires in person work.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  • Contract drafting, revision, review including service agreements, employment contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs for Purpose Europe

  • Coordinating with contract specialists in other geographies as required

  • Review and make necessary amendments to agreements/contract

  • Serves as the primary point of contact and provide time-sensitive support to key stakeholders

  • Answer specific contractual questions as needed

Qualifications:

We think you will be a successful candidate if you:

  • Five years’ experience in contract negotiations and/or contract management, or activities related to executing contracts and managing compliance to contractual requirements preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Law from an accredited college or university

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to track and follow up on detailed information about contract requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams

  • Is excited to work with people that are from diverse backgrounds

  • Proficiency with G-Suite
