Our client, a leading indepdent firm of Chartered Accountants are looking for a part-time Corporate Tax Manager to join their team in Southampton.
The role will involve managing a mixed portfolio of corporate tax clients and being responsible for tax compliance, as well as tax advisory matters.
You will carry out a variety of tax planning assignments and provide tax advice for clients including; EIS, restructuring and R&D.
You will also manage and supervise junior staff.
Ideally you will have a strong corporate tax background, preferably gained within practice, as well as holding a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, ATT and/or CTA.
