Harper Dennis Hobbs is a leading provider of real estate advice to the retail sector with a long and impressive client list which includes many household names.
Due to positive growth and change we are now seeking an experienced credit controller to join a small finance team. Working with a part time FD and full time FC you will be responsible for transforming the credit control function. Candidates will need to be familiar with the full credit process, including credit checking, invoice production, invoice processing by customer AP, collections, and overdue processes.
Initially there will be a higher time committment as the processes and procedures are reviewed and adapted as necessary. Thererafter, it is expected the job will require approximately 7 to 10 hours a week.
HDH are open to flexible working. There may be some requirement to attend the London office, but most of this work can be done remotely and without fixed time contraints (you will need an internet connection and PC). The only driver will be maintaining debtor days at an agreed level.
Candidates should be confident, have a "can do" attitude, and have experience of dealing with the AP departments of large organisations, ideally within the retail sector. You must be comfortable working largely unsupervised to achieve agreed objectives.
This would suit somebody servicing multiple clients through their own company or somebody wanting a part time role on the HDH payroll.
