Credit Controller (Part Time)

A mix of Credit Control and Purchase Ledger with a large Pharmaceutical and Healthcare provider based in Hatfield. taking on duties such as debt recovery, raising purchase orders, invoicing for services and materials and looking after any other Ad-Hoc duties that may arise. In this role you will work alongside their tight-knit finance team, ensuring all duties relating to Credit Control and Purchase Ledger are completed with great attention to details and professionalism. DescriptionEnsuring all invoices are coded correctlyManaging a high volume of inter company transactionsInter company rechargesStatement reconciliationsPosting all payments from invoice factoringCredit control - chasing payments and collecting cash from customers whilst providing a high-quality customer serviceManaging cash sales for all Group companiesLooking after a small amount of Sales LedgerProfilePrevious experienced in Purchase Ledger & Credit ControlSage or Navision experience would be a plusPersistent yet tactful.
