\nJob Type:\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 \n\nPart-Time 3 days per week, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.\n\nSummary:\n\nExperience RequiredYou must be an experienced credit controller clerk with a minimum of 10 years exposure to administration roles with the ability to adapt quickly to new office procedures.\n\nAbout you:\n\nYou will be able to demonstrate an effective track record gained in a similar, role & environment.\n\n\u00A0The ability to work in a team as well as individually.\n\nSound decision making\n\nExcellent written & verbal communication skills.\n\nAttention to detail is a must.\n\nGood IT skills\n\nExcellent telephone manner\n\nThe ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.\n\n\u00A0XL experience.The Role:Working as part of the accounts team as a Credit Controller clerk your responsibilities will include:\n\nCredit control for Installation & Service departments over five Branches.\nLiaising with Corporate clients, providing reconciled statements of account.\nDealing with 30day plus debtors.\nLiaising with project managers, Service. Departments & the Sales Team.\u00A0\nAllocating remittances to ledger accounts.\nCash Book maintenance.\nInvestigating & resolving invoice queries.\nWorking of different customer Portals.\nOther duties will include assisting the Purchase Ledger team during periods of heavy workload, holidays & sickness.
