\nPart Time Credit Controller, \u00A311.50, Knaresborough\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Knaresborough based firm in the health care sector who are looking for an enthusiastic individual to manage the sales ledger function and carry out credit control duties.\n\nWorking closely with the Finance Manager you will deliver a credit control service as well as assisting with other administrative duties within the team. The role requires you to build and maintain strong relationships to ensure smooth running of the accounts.\n\nDuties to include:\n\nTaking a proactive role in managing and collecting amounts due from customers\n\nEvaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers credit rankings\n\nSetting up of terms and conditions of credit\n\nEnsuring timely payment of debts\n\nFollowing up payments as needed\n\nNegotiating payment plans where necessary\n\nResponding to relevant client enquiries\n\nProcessing and entering of customer receipts\n\nProcessing and reconciliation of invoices and credit notes\n\nManaging sales ledger\n\nProviding administrative support to the team\n\nBank reconciliation\n\nYou will have:-\n\nOutstanding attention to detail with an ability to reconcile complex accounts\n\nAccurate, efficient, and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks as needed\n\nKnowledge and experience of Sage systems\n\nAbility to maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal colleagues\n\nProfessional, confident, and diplomatic when liaising with others\n\nSelf-motivated and driven individual\n\nEnthusiastic for development individually and driving efficiencies within the department and wider team\n\nIn return you will receive:\n\n25 Hours per week \n\nCirca \u00A311.50 per hour\n\nRelevant holiday allowance\n\nOffice based role\n
