Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above
Be involved in the financial management of clients
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
Train, coach, and supervise team members
Continue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth with our Microsoft practice, we currently have opportunities for functional and technical consultants with a proven record of accomplishment in the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
We would like to hear from experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional and technical consultants with implementation project experience and with skills in one or more of the following areas – Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Social Media/Listening, Integration, and Reporting/BI.
The requirement is for a candidate with project experience; gained with Big 4, major SI/IT service provider or equivalent industry experience
Responsibilities and Duties
Work onsite with clients to provide high quality advice and deliverables
Manage client engagements and ensure that we deliver the best solutions for clients
Build existing client relationships and support operations to add to current client portfolio
Help prepare client proposals, tenders and reports on an ongoing basis
Maintain a ‘best practice’ working environment in terms of compliance, risk, financial management, etc.
Work on building and rolling out new value propositions for our clients
Provide training to other members of the team as and when required
Experience
Excellent leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates must have business process knowledge and deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM skills in any one or combination of Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Social Media/Listening, Integration, and Reporting/BI
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional design experience and consulting experience
Ability to work with senior stakeholders
Track record of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience either as team leader
Project management experience in a complex environment
Good integration experience and knowledge of integration techniques and approaches such as ESBs and RESTful APIs
Demonstrates experience of engaging with client to assess business issues and shape client vision, and delivery approach
Demonstrates an understanding of the market/industry for CRM systems and ability to identify new business opportunities
Effective communicator. Demonstrates experience of leading client teams and engaging client on delivery issues and experience of communication activities such as Conference Room Pilots, and workshops
Attributes
University graduate with a relevant degree within a computational or business discipline
Proven experience of implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including appropriate certification
Good presentation and demonstration skills
Confident and effective communication skills
Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure
Investigates problems to establish real or hidden causes
Solves complex problems with creative solutions
Places emphasis on user satisfaction
Ability to prioritise and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously
Must have the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
