Customer Service Advisor / Consumer Care Analyst - part time

A highly successful FMCG is creating a new Customer Care Team. As the new part time Customer Care Advisor, your key responsibilities will include;Respond to and log all incoming consumer / customer complaints accurately on relevant systems and databases within defined timelinesDeliver excellent customer service, resolving issues and queries at the first point of contact, providing a full investigation and resolution to the consumer in professional and timely mannerWork collaboratively with key business functions, Technical, Marketing, Commercial and Factories to track complaint investigation and close outWork to deliver against defined consumer service level agreements in regard to response times and case closure and consumer satisfactionExperience and Qualifications required;Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) English and Math’s Grade C or above.
