The can be based at any of our PWC Operate location, however as a result of the wide variety of clients and projects, you may be asked to work in other locations and beyond, sometimes at short notice and sometimes over lengthy periods of time. Your desire and ability to do this will be discussed as part of the recruitment process. Candidates who are unable or do not wish to work on projects in other locations will still be considered.

The role will require a specialism in Data Analyst migration with specific focus on ETL / ELT tools and methodologies. Demonstrable experience with business intelligence platforms will be required. The specific job responsibilities will vary depending on client needs and we will discuss those with you if you are selected for an interview.

  • Experience with one or more of the following
  • High proficiency in SQL is an absolute must.
  • ETL tools (ideally SAP BODS or Informatica) and data migration programme experience
  • Business intelligence tools, preferably Cognos and/or PowerBI but could be SAS, Qlik, Tableau, etc.
A very strong developer with only ETL skills or only BI reporting tool skills would be considered
  • Guidewire, specifically experience of working with Guidewire data models whether loading data in (migration) or extracting data out (DataHub/InfoCenter/bespoke EDW sourced from GW)

  • Insurance experience (i.e. working with insurance data) Large-scale technology transformation programmes
