The Role

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping our clients tackle their complex data protection issues.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Managers and above

  • Supporting the financial management of clients

  • Assisting in the delivery of large projects

  • Document and report drafting e.g. data protection policies

  • Drafting presentations and proposals

  • Keeping up to date with emerging data protection and privacy regulation, case law and regulatory guidance

Essential Skills and Experience
  • 2 - 4 years PQE lawyer

  • +2 years strong technical data protection experience in-house or in a recognised data protection practice

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience of working on large and small project teams

  • Experience in drafting data protection policies and similar
