The role:

We are recruiting a Depot Supply Analyst on a part-time basis (3 days per week) as part of a job share.

Our Depot Supply Analyst are responsible for managing the flow of products across the network, with particular support given to wholesale orders, supporting network optimisation and wider SCL strategy projects. Supporting the Product Supply Lead in managing the inbound and outbound of supplier/store orders in and out of our secondary and primary networks. We are looking for someone with experience in a high-volume supply chain role or similar operation environment with a good understanding of store retail operations and requirements.

What I need to do

  • Manage wholesale orders via the portal and ensure stock is ordered and available by the required timelines

  • Work with the Category Supply teams to ensure supply of stock into and through the network to efficiently fulfil category demand via stock settings and network optimisation (right product in right network)

  • To work cross functionally with Logistics and the category team to support project work from the SCL Strategy team to improve the efficiencies with the network

  • Support planning seasonal events up to 12 months to enable delivery of corporate availability, wastage, stock & sales targets

  • Contribute in supporting the supply of circa 1.2bn cases of product through the network

How will you exceed

  • Delivery of the Supply Chain KPIs including sales, availability, online availability wastage and stock

  • Strong feedback from Line Manager and other business stakeholders

  • Operational KPIs across our end-to-end Supply Chain are improved as a direct result of project work

  • Experience of working within a Supply Chain

  • Good communication and influencing skills

  • Good understanding of supply chain systems

  • Proven track record of working on own initiative, with the ability to introduce fresh thinking to the role and the wider team
