Our Finance Team provide full lifecycle support to CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers and other members of the CSuite to optimise the structure of their finance and broader business services functions and to improve their contribution to the business.

The right person will have skills in technology enabled Finance transformation and also people with broader business services transformation skills covering areas such as HR, Procurement, IT, with experience of designing and implementing technology enabled global business services models.

We deliver high value solutions, from strategy to execution, solving our clients’ complex business problems through technology enablement. These include

•Finance and business services operating model transformation (service and interaction models, organisation design process change, shared services, sourcing etc) from strategy and assess through to implementation

•Driving value from technology to enable operating model transformation (ERP, Robotics Process Automation and AI, Consolidation and Reporting, Data Models) covering all elements from architecture design through to implementation

•Achieving business insight and achieving business growth

About the role
This is a senior level appointment for a Director to be responsible for

•building relationships with our key clients;

•identifying client needs and proposing solutions to them;

•leading the delivery of projects;

•developing the careers of the teams working with and reporting to you;

We are looking for a finance and business services change leader.

Essential skills & experience

•Consulting track record (ideally Big 4) with extensive experience & network within the sectors highlighted

•Experience of leading large scale global technology enabled Finance transformation programmes from strategy through delivery including operating model re-design and experience of shared services and outsourcing

•Leading and developing teams

•Understanding our client's business and showing strong commercial acumen 

•A substantive track record of new business sales

•Senior stakeholder management and relationship building

Desirable skills & experience

•Experience of Lean methodologies for process/ cost optimisation

•Experience of leading the design and implementation of leading finance technologies (ERP & EPM systems, RPA, AI)

•Experience of developing thought leadership, new methodologies and propositions in this area

•Formal accounting qualification or equivalent understanding of accounting principles and processes.

•Understanding of broader business services office processes and technology, i.e. HR, payroll, procurement, CRM.

  • Responsabilidad para dar forma y ofrecer diversos proyectos que superan las expectativas de nuestros clientes y nuestros propios criterios de calidad de asignación
  • Administrar y entregar proyectos grandes al desarrollar el equipo del proyecto, controlando e informando riesgos de entregables ya comprometidos, asegurando dar conclusiones y revisar / desafiar el resultado producido por el equipo
  • La responsabilidad de la administración de las finanzas de compromiso
  • Ayudar a que el equipo crezca y se desarrolle a través de capacitación y el entrenamiento muy enfocado
