Director of Finance & Operations

My client is a small but ambitious organisation with significant financial growth plans for the next 5 years. At present, they are looking to appoint an interim Director of Finance & Operations to oversee a broad variety of duties whist permanent recruitment is considered.


Key responsibilities & objectives:

  • Reporting into the CE and overseeing Finance, HR, IT and Facilities
  • Advise and support the SMT on ambitious financial plans and growth strategy
  • Lead on the reopening of London office for both staff and external tenants
  • Review current GDPR policy and practice

The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with a track record in managing various operational functions. Coming from a small company background you will be comfortable of bridging a broad spectrum of duties ranging from strategic advice to hands on delivery.

This is a part time role for 3 days a week and due to the current health crisis, will be home based.
