What is on offer?
The Technology Returner programme will be based in our London office and is designed for experienced IT professionals who are ready to build on previous skills and experience and want to embrace new opportunities ahead. The paid programme commences on April 29th and finishes on the 19th July 2019. Whilst there is no guarantee of a permanent position, there will be genuine consideration for an ongoing opportunity at the end of the programme depending on business needs and availability of appropriate opportunities.
This programme is a great opportunity to learn new skills, build a new network and gain exposure to exciting projects in a truly global financial services organisation.
Are you a Returner with a passion for leading and motivating a team?
This opportunity will see you joining a team that sits in the technology infrastructure area. The team is responsible for enabling technology transformation through the use of agile principles. Working with stakeholders across all divisions, you will seek to understand and document requirements as user stories, identify solutions, evaluate opinions and facilitate the delivery and continued improvement of systems and services.
This is a role that will suit an experienced and proactive returner with a strong IT Business Analyst background/Scrum Master background. Your stakeholder management experience will be one of your strengths and we hope you will bring a genuine interest and proven experience in managing and motivating a junior team.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in a large corporation
- Previous experience mentoring or managing junior staff
- Experience creating user stories and outlining needs
- Proven experience working with varied stakeholders across the business
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
In return you will be offered a salary commensurate with your experience, coaching and training support, and the genuine prospect of an ongoing position at the end of the programme.
This role is for 4 or 5 days a week.
