The purpose of the role is to design and set up an enhanced beyond financial reporting framework for sustainability, environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) and impact metrics to address the increasingly extensive and complex reporting requirements driven by increased regulations, client interest and industry norms. Information captured in the system will be used to fulfil future requests from investors, reporting and regulatory requirements.
This role is working in the private market division of Impax, working with the Head of ESG for our Private Equity/ Infrastructure Funds focused on investments in Europe.
- Identify the key relevant regulations, market frameworks and investor requirements which reporting systems should align with, with input from industry experts.
- Design the system considering the necessary metrics which need to be captured.
- Implement the reporting system.
- Adding metrics to Impax current reporting system.
- Working with investee company teams to establish process to obtain the required data.
- ESG, sustainability and impact reporting as required.
Design and implementation of a reporting system for key beyond financial returns (sustainability, ESG and impact) KPIs and use of the data captured in the system to monitor and report on these topics.
