We are currently looking to appoint an Examinations Officer and Customer Service Manager to join us at our thriving academy.
This is a key role within the academy, managing both internal and public examinations and taking responsibility for senior administrative support to the Vice Principal and academy in relation to events and 6th Form Support. You will also manage and lead the Academy's reception team, ensuring an efficient and professional manner is maintained at all times, and providing a focal point of communication between staff and visitors.

We are able to be flexible with regard to working patterns for this role, with the successful candidate working either 52 weeks per year or term-time plus 5 weeks, in which case the advertised salary will be adjusted pro rata.
What we are looking for
We look for talented individuals who want to be a part of transforming education in London, and helping create exceptional places of learning. You will need:
NVQ Level 4, or equivalent qualification or experience in a relevant discipline
Significant experience of effective public exam administration and organisation in an education setting
Experience of providing effective and efficient senior administrative support
Experience of training and monitoring performance of casual invigilators
In-depth knowledge and understanding of current JCQ regulations and ensure academy are fully compliant

Harris Garrard Academy is an all-through 3-18 academy with approximately 1350 pupils on roll and joined the Harris Federation as a sponsored academy in September 2017. The academy is based in Thamesmead in a purpose built building.
