Executive Assistant

Our client, a family office based in the West End of London, who invest in property and private equity, is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to work alongside a senior EA, providing a wide range of support for the business principal. 

What you'll be doing:

They are looking for a highly organised EA to join their close-knit team of 25 people. 

Their ideal candidate is someone who has the attitude to “make it happen today” and is willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in on any task thrown at them. You will be supporting their very busy Principal and an established senior EA on all aspects of the working life across diary and travel management, communicating with stakeholders, preparing documentation and a variety of other ad hoc projects.

  • Experience in arranging travel arrangements
  • Expert at diary management
  • Responding to emails on behalf of the principal 
  • Office management duties and making sure their office is an awesome place to work
  • Supporting the organisation of customer-focused events
  • Cover holidays for other EAs in the business
  • Ad hoc projects and turning your hand to other areas of the family business when needed

  • Discretion is key and the ability to handle confidential information vital

Work flexibly:

The role is anticipated to be about 24 hours/week, spread over 3 days.

This role is very much office based. However, over time and if you needed to, the scope exists to do occasional work from home. 

Our client is open to discussions around a precise schedule, and they are very open to talking to returners.
