What you'll be doing

We are looking for a highly driven and organised EA to join our team of ambitious and passionate people. Friendly, highly organised and passionate you will have a “make it happen today” attitude and be willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in on any task thrown at you. You will be supporting our very busy CEO on all aspects of her working life across diary management, email communication to investors and stakeholders and building documentation and helping prepare for pitches. You will also work with the Chief of Staff across office management, recruitment and HR management, event organisation and a variety of other ad hoc projects. No two days will be the same. You will have the opportunity to observe and learn from senior team members and progress your career in the direction that your skill set is best placed, making it an amazing career opportunity for an ambitious candidate wanting to break into the start-up world.

Core Responsibilities

  • Preparing and building amazing Powerpoint presentations and other documentation for our CEO to use in investor pitches and board meetings

  • Managing and juggling the CEO’s complicated and often changing diary – and expert in calendar management!

  • Responding to emails on behalf of our CEO

  • Onboarding new starters and helping with recruitment process

  • Office management duties and making sure our office is an awesome place to work

  • Organising customer events, dinners and research groups

  • Organising team events; away trips, lunches and drinks

  • Adhoc projects and turning your hand to other areas of the business where needed
