What is the role?

We are looking to hire an Executive Search Consultant to work within Fly. The ideal candidate will have a background in senior level recruitment/retained search. You will not only be an expert recruiter, but you’ll also have the desire and ambition to become an expert in Digital. We believe that to be the former, the latter is essential. Here are some of the things you will do:

  • We’re currently at full capacity in terms of workload with a steady flow of incoming leads and growing accounts

  • Work with an admin to build out researched candidate lists against client briefs

  • Use modern and innovative ideas to recruit.

  • Develop new business within existing accounts

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle: From meeting the client, taking a job brief, understanding the role intimately, sourcing candidates, qualifying candidates, managing the interview cycle and offer process and making the hire.

  • Drive toward monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets – we are not your typical recruitment agency and our targets are team orientated. We collaborate across all work.

  • Contribute to the day to day success of the business as a whole.

 

What do I need to have?

  • Experience in senior level recruitment

  • Intelligence, energy, enthusiasm, passion and integrity

  • Brilliant communication skills and a friendly and outgoing attitude.

  • High level of motivation, a desire to work in a team setting, not an individual one.

  • A desire to learn and a willingness to further your own expertise.

  • Ability and confidence to run successful meetings with Founders and C-Level Execs.
