With the retirement of the previous CFO we are building a flexible, friendly and professional Finance Team all of whom currently work part time. We aim to balance the needs of a rapidly growing business with the flexibility many of us are looking for in our lives.
We are looking for someone to work 15 hours spread over between 2 and 4 days fixed days a week, within our office hours of 9am to 5.30pm, to suit the applicant. As a team our aim is to provide in-office support to the business at least 4 days a week and to this end we would agree fixed days to work each week while being open to switching days for family reasons whenever possible.
Will have some Accountancy qualifications and/or experience in working in a Finance Department. A knowledge of Xero is an advantage but not essential. We are looking for an individual who enjoys being part of a team but equally can operate independently. The company’s processes are currently being updated, improved and questioned, the Finance software is being migrated and the role we are recruiting for is evolving. We are looking for a candidate who would embrace such change enthusiastically.

- Bank reconciliations
- Processing and posting staff expenses
- Month end journals
- Credit Control
- Assisting in the raising Sales invoices
- Other adhoc Finance duties
