If you want to combine ownership of the accounts for a highly successful organisation with working as part of a business management team newly created role could be ideal.

You'll be supported by the company's Directors who will mentor you and help you to improve the management reporting of this busy professional services business.

The business is at the forefront of its sector and is recruiting due to succession planning, although financial recording and reporting systems are part of their continual development plans.

Your role will be to ensure that the management team can make decisions, confident that they are using accurate financial information and you will be responsible for data collection, control, and processing procedures that delegate responsibility as well as fostering accountability.

You'll need to engage people throughout the business from the Managing Director, senior management and the team to help them to understand the importance of accurate timely financial information.

You're likely to have completed the AAT/ACCA/ACA qualification, be an active studier or you may consider yourself as "qualified by experience". Ideally, you will have experience gained in a professional services organisation, Legal or Accountancy Firm.

Your role and responsibilities will increase as this business never stands still. The only limiting factor will be your ability to grow.

In addition to an attractive salary and benefits package, there is the option to work full time or a reduced week of circa three or four days.
