Lead the maintenance and development of the accounting output of a small team; including...:
- Cash flow management - oversee a junior staff member.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, tax and auditors, and ensuring all process comply with industry recommendation.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of management accounts, performance analytics, balance sheets, annual audits and reports.
- Analysis - Financial Performance Analysis: budgeting, forecasting and representing information for Partners/Directors to assess and recommend target setting.

£45-55,000 - Pro Rata'd if part-time. Could fit with school hours, or 2-5 full days. Depending on successful candidate.
You should..... Have easy access to the West Malling and Maidstone areas...... Have a relevant qualification/experience base - of Accounts at Management Accounting/FC level.... Be a professional, capable individual with an enjoyment for analysis and delivering efficiency.
Accounting in Law experience = Essential
