The Skills for Life Trust, currently comprises two secondary academies and three primary academies: Greenacre Academy, Walderslade Girls’ School, Warren Wood Primary Academy, Hilltop Primary Academy and Chantry Community Academy.
The Finance Manager will undertake responsibilities as a member of the Trust’s Central Finance Team to provide efficient and effective financial support to the Chief Financial Officer and other senior members of the Trust, including non-executive boards and committees where required.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day financial administration of the Trust, managing and developing the monthly management reporting and ensuring robust budget management, contributing to the improvement and development of internal procedures, ensuring full compliance to the Academies Financial Handbook.
This is an exciting opportunity for a part or qualified accountant to join the team at Skills for Life Trust Central Finance Team in the next phase of its development.
