Finance Manager - part time

Environmental Engineering Partnership has been established since 1978 and provides a role as building services design engineers within the construction industry.We are seeking a Finance Manager, encompassing the following skills:·        Energetic, self-driven, resourceful, organised, tenacious.·        The go to person for all finance queries, strong personality, long term commitment to the business.·        Be able to do payroll monthly, using Sage accounting software (or similar), able to do cashflow, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, management accounts each month and year end, budgeting and forecasting, VAT.Occasionally assist the Directors with other Admin functions.The person for this role is someone who takes control, really strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A stickler for processes and procedures.Duties will be a combination of:All financial duties for the businessThe role will be on a part time basis, we anticipate 15-20 hours weekly with a greater degree of flexibility at month end and financial year end to achieve reporting activities.Salary – £20/hourPackage – Enrolment to company pension scheme and BUPA Health Care (after qualifying period), generous annual leave entitlement.Essential Experience and Skills·        High skill level required in Excel and experience in Sage and Sage Payroll·        Proficient experience and knowledge of various packages, including Microsoft Word, /Power Point etc.·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written·        Good time keeping·        Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
